National Council on Disability
Youth with Disabilities in the Foster Care System: Barriers to Success and Proposed Policy Solutions ? This report, directed to the President from the NCD, describes policy recommendations that focuses on improving coordination, holding systems accountable, developing leadership, improving transitions to adulthood and educational outcomes for disabled foster youth, and better data-sharing & information management.

United Cerebral Palsy
