General Information
ILP offers emergency financial support to eligible FORMER foster youth, ages 18 to 21. ILC will verify eligibility
Emergency financial assistance may be provided for UP TO 90 DAYS to stabilize living conditions and/or personal circumstances of eligible youth.
For housing needs, youth may be eligible for the
Transitional Living Program
For medical insurance, Chafee Medicaid and Kaiser Bridge Program is available for former foster youth.
ILP may deny emergency financial assistance if supporting documentation necessary for payment or reimbursement is not provided by the youth or vendor.

Local community organizations may be able to address your emergency needs immediately, such as churches, not-for profits, etc.
